PARK ALL CARS IN GARAGES OR DRIVEWAYS!!! OUR NEIGHBORHOOD LOOKS HORRIBLE WITH ALL OF THE CARS IN THE STREET!!!

Yes it looks horrible

This is the 2nd posting Ive seen here on this topic. Have we tried using the SAFFE Officer to stop using the street for storage and overnight parking of campers/ boats / and hunting jeeps. I am curious as to what services our management company serves... Obviously they are not checking the property on any kind of regular basis. Three homes maintain their trash cans in FRONT of the garage door 24 / 7 (even public housing)hides their trash cans. The fencing at the runoff pools is a shambles and missing boards / The oak tree at the entrance died last fall and its still stabding there obviously our contract with any landscaper is a joke.

I don't think the HOA follows through with threats against the neighbors who insist on using the street as a driveway. What can be done? Why can't people take pride in their home and neighborhood and follow simple guidelines that benefit all of us in the long run?

First off, I wish to thank all who posted for using this forum to communicate. I apologize for the late review of your posts. Be rest assured that they have been forwarded to the appropriate people in the committees to take whatever action is appropriate.

I would ask for your help. You obviously see the problem. Part of our challenge is to get enough people within our neighborhood to take action. We can use your help on committees to make this a better neighborhood. I hope we can count on your help.
