dogs running loose and poop in my yard

Posted in: Pine Terrace

Are there restrictions on dogs allowed to run loose in the neighborhood?  There are entirely too many dogs running the neighborhood.  AND is there a way to prohibit neighbors from walking their dogs into my yard and allowing them to poop near my front door?  I am amazed at the people who refuse to pick up after their pets even after I have ever so kindly asked them to keep their dog out of my yard.  After kindly asking a neighbor to keep their pet out of my yard, he literally walked across the street and allowed his dog to poop in my neighbor's yard.  I have seen him do this many times.  Is there a way to get people on board to clean up after their pets?

When is the next civic association meeting?  I have noticed the signs in yards announcing the meetings but they don't have a meeting time listed.

Pine Terrace Civic Assoc is a volunteer organization of concerned citizens.  The Pine Terrace Civic Assoc has quarterly meetings. Spring Branch East SuperNeighborhood has meetings every month.

The next Pine Terrace Civic Association meeting will be held on Thursday, February 11, 2010 at Empress Restaurant.  There was some sensitivity from some citizens regarding posting the time of the meetings on the public signs due to security concerns.
