Property Pride (Homeowners and Rental Property Owners included)
* Maintain your property's appearance.
* Pick up litter, even if it's not yours.
* Keep your lawn mowed and trimmed.
* Return the trash receptacle to your yard.


Pet Pride
* Pick up after your pet, in your yard, the neighborhood and the park.
* Be conscious that your barking dog is a disturbance to neighbors.
* Leash your pet at all times.


Peace & Quiet
* Supervise your own kids.
* Be aware that loud music is a disturbance.
* Honking horns are a disturbance.
* Loud voices are a disturbance.
* Be aware of 10 p.m. noise curfew and 11 p.m. child curfew.

These laws are punishable by fines. However, we hope respect for your neighbors
