We are now entering into 2015 and it is time for our annual civic association dues. If you wish to be a member in good standing of the Pheasant Lake Civic Association, you are required to pay your annual dues ($30.00) each year.                                      

Civic Associations are voluntary organizations within the community. Membership
dues, used for snow removal and any other improvements that the membership
votes on throughout the fiscal year, are necessary to maintain our community. The
Pheasant Lake Civic Association, currently registered with NCC and Del-Dot, has
maintained a positive relationship with NCC throughout the years.

This is our community and it is our choice and responsibility whether we live in a run-down community or a well-maintained, desirable and safe community. For those residents that have paid their dues within the last 120 days of 2014, your membership will remain active through 2015.

Please make checks out to Pheasant Lake Civic Association. You can mail your dues to my address at 629 Nanticoke Place or stop by and drop it off. Block Captain Calvin Griffin at 403 Dragon Lane will also accept your dues.
