Evaluation of Our One Year Old Homeowners Forum

How much do you like our new Circle C Homeowners Forum at http://www.circlecranch.info/forum?

Six months ago I said that only a USER FRIENDLY forum can ever become popular. We have our new Circle C Forum for more than a year now. Let us give it a fair evaluation:

?• Circle C has 3,600 homes and approximately 7,000 homeowners.
?• Almost all the homeowners are aware of this forum ?– thanks to our monthly newsletter.
?• So far there are only 145 registered users, and only 70% of the registered users have ever posted articles.

There is another major reason why this Homeowners Forum would never become popular: Our Association?’s President, Quentin Fennessy, is too powerful. President Fennessy has the power to manipulate the information by retaining the posts he likes and deleting the posts he doesn?’t. If our nation?’s newspapers, magazines, TV stations, radio stations and Web sites are all controlled by the Whitehouse, would you still trust the contents of the news and the information you see or receive?

Let us wait another year and see how many more homeowners would register as users.
