Good citizens should help the authorities to catch criminals. You two are doing the opposite. Your action is called Obstruction of Justice. Please post those six months?’ minutes back on the Web site if you have nothing to hide for the wrongdoers.

Is ?“obstruction of justice?” a crime? Vice-President, you are a lawyer. You should know better.

Dear President Fennessy & Vice-President Urban,

Where are the Pool Committee Meeting Minutes of November 2004 ?– April 2005? Why did you remove these six months?’ minutes from the Web site? Is there any information in those minutes that you don't want the White Collar Crime Investigator and District Attorney to read? We, homeowners, demand an explanation.

Please post those minutes back on the Web site if you have nothing to hide!

Sincerely,
