ZONING PUBLIC INFORMATION WORKSHOP
Zoning is the City’s Ordinance that controls how property is used and what kinds of new development can occur in and around your neighborhood. The City of Portsmouth is starting the process to revise the Zoning Ordinance and would like to hear from our citizens and businesses about:
?¦? Changes in how land is used or developed in your neighborhood or in the City
?¦? Uses or development in your neighborhood that are negatively affecting your property
?¦? Commercial sites that are difficult or confusing to drive or walk to
?¦? Regulations that may have limited the use of your property or the property of others
?¦? Any problems people have had with the current zoning provisions
