Tuesday mine was out for just over 1 hour late afternoon.

Wednesday I woke up at 6:45 am no internet/phone.   Power goes out from 9:15 am until 11:15 am, but internet/phone remains out until 2:30 PM.   

Thursday evening goes out at 7:15 PM and remains out until 2:30 AM.

It just appears to be a Spectrum issue.   I could see countless wireless connections for other carriers in my area on my tablet were up and working.
