Pool Party

We like the idea of a pool party because it would be more conducive to mingling with neighbors as well as being fun for the kids.

How about block party chili cook offs, each street having its own contest. This would be a good bonding exercise. Local police and firemen could be judges.

no kids, yet, but this would be good for families and kids. as part of the minority of families w/o kids, i'll go for the cook off/block party thing.
