Is anyone out there angry that our HOA fees have gone up drastically because of the increase in the earthquake insurance? I have asked a few other people in other townhomes and their fees did not go up. Is Real Support looking out for us? Did they look into other carriers to see if we can get a lower premium? I am disgusted.
