Parkwood Neighborhood

To often FAST trucks and cars zoom down Autumn Park in the wee hours of the night/morning or times when children are at play!  I am getting very tired of this ritual.  The speed bumps are not a deterrent at all for these drivers.  Can we all rally together to help keep Parkwood a safe neighborhood by telling these people to slow down?  Or else I am going to resort to shooting out their tires!  I doubt I am that good of a shot, but it sounded good to threaten it at least!  If we could work together to keep the streets safe for our young kids to ride their bikes or for runners and walkers to enjoy and not be threatened by a speeding truck or car!  If your street is filled with speeders- please say something to them!
