the texas homeowners association,has made thereselves above the united states law.a hard working homeowner cant defend himself against these controlling and greedy people.but the sure way to end this is simple.stop purchasing property in hoa communities,and tell everybody that you can across america not to purchase property in a hoa community.we are wasting time waiting for help from the texas senate.they are being controlled like puppets.our texas senate is like whores.the people that has the most money is where the votes go,and now the hoa is the one with money.dont be fooled into purchasing a home in a hoa,thinking you will have a sound investment.it might be the case up in northern united states,but not here in texas.     my hao in  wynchase crossing   crandall texas  75114 and i love america and when the hoa is gone,i will fell like i live in america once again.  god bless
