Pebblestone Drive and Old Well Street
The Petition requests the City Council to abandon Pebblestone Drive and Old Well Street. Upon abandonment of these portions of right-of-way, it will be divided among the abutting property owners. The subject right-of-way is proposed to be incorportated into adjacent property owned by the petitioner who wishes for the public streets to be privately maintained.
In that the right-of-way is within the vicinity of your community, we are requesting your comments concerning the abandonment. Please contact with comments by August 11, 2006.
