The wooden fences aren't spray paint resistant either.  A new concrete/masonry wall will make the neighborhood look polished.  Right now, there are about 100 different shades of stains, broken fence panels and it is just a mess.  I personally think that the current fence is a major eye sore.  I am tickled to hear that a new wall is going up.  Thanks!!

yeah, i'm not saying i'm not for it.  i was so excited when i first heard about it.  all i'm saying is, what is going to happen when someone spray paints it.......

it's not like we can afford to fix it.....

If someone should spraypaint it, the city of Fort Worth has a grafitti abatement program that will come out and repaint it at no additional cost to us. We haven't seen it happen across the street so hopefully it won't here.
