Hello. I am the HOA account representative for Waste Connections. I am not sure who Bradbury Ranch is using for trash service. Waste Connections has an exclusive Recycling program called RecycleBank. This program rewards homeowners for recycling curbside. Each homeowner receives a 96 gallon toter for free, no deposit or fee to recycling in. The toter is placed curbside and for every pound recycled the homeowner earns 2.5 rewards points which can be redeemed at over 1900 rewards partners like Home Depot, Target, Wal Mart, etc. The cost of the program is $12 to $15 per home per month for trash and recycling. The average rewrds are $15 to $20 per home per month. Is there someone on your HOA board or management company that I can speak to further about the program.
