Help Us Monitor Contractors

The following is a test Contractor Data Sheet. Many residents have asked that we monitor contractors doing work within the subdivision and have information available on who does which type of work, how to contact the various contractors, and information on their work. With that in mind, we are trying to capture contractor information with the use of the following form.

Please “cut and paste” the following form into an email, fill in the information on the form, and send it to us at PTHA2000@aol.com. You may use our email hotlink at the end of this page to start your message to us.

Jerry Gibson of our Maintenance Committee will maintain the file of the Contractor Data Sheets and have them available for review by residents who may desire to hire a contractor. Thank you for your help. We will not accept anonymous reports.

Park Timbers Homeowners Association will not make any recommendations for or against any contractor, nor will PTHA endorse or vouch for any contractor. This data is being collected solely as a community service to provide information on who does which type of work, how to contact the various contractors, and information on their work.
