Park amd recreation.enhancement , I would love.to see the kids park enhanced with more play stations , maybe expand it, in the same area possibly tennis.courts, basketball courts, just add some.more.options . The pond I would like it a little more clean with possible workout stations like monkey bars , maybe add some volleyball courts add some.sand , some bbq grills.. am I asking for.too much? lol

I don't think you're asking for too much, but I don't think it's going to happen. Our HOA is pretty useless and it will be until the HOA is handed over to the homeowners. I don't remember if that happens at the beginning or the end of Phase 3, but it will be a while yet.
