The meeting was called to order at 6:39pm by Debbie Hoblitzell

Officers Present: Sandra Boeschel, Jenny Clark, Debbie Hoblitzell, Cindy Pablo
Officers Absent: Lorraine Cunningham, Joanne Robison (sick, excused absence)

No Statement, No report from Cindy

Old Business

Thunder Party a Success! Write Thank you notes after officer meeting, get remaining names from Joanne for other notes. Discussion of what to do different next year:
Put up a Paristown Pointe Assocition Sign
Put up a sign inviting non-neighbors to join, also fee for food
More prizes for Bingo and other games
Connect with people more, have name tags or get to know you event
Better overall advertising prior to event, signs etc.
have a Thunder committee elected at November Meeting, present timeline at Jan. meeting
Neighborhood clean up - not many people came. Focus more on future "clean - ups" to actually be neighborhood improvement projects instead. still have them twice a year, but discuss each fall and semester what we will be doing
T-Shirts - don't order yet - promote at June Meeting and take more orders and then order
By-laws discussion - Debbie will attend training, officers will meet again to review and discuss updates and changes to bylaws at a future meeting date
Fundraising efforts - Jenny is waiting to hear back from Nathan about a percentage night at Quills. Cindy and Sandra are still going to talk to the Cafe
Safety Issues - have police at June meeting, Jenny will talk to "security store" guy and see if he can come to June cookout too
New Business

All officers will call metrocall about shabby trees on Vine on Government Center side
Parking restrictions - Debbie told about a neighbor on Breckinridge who was unfairly ticketed during marathon. If he is unable to get out of ticket, officers agreed to write letter on his behalf.
Future meeting dates agreed upon. All will be held at 6:30pm at the Government Center
