The meeting was called to order at 6:30pm by Jenny Clark

Officers Present: Joann Robinson, Jenny Clark, Sandra Boeschel, Cindy Pablo. Excused absence: Debbie Hoblitzell, unexcused absence: Lorraine Cunningham

Members Present: Steve Leach

Minutes: Read and Approved

Treasurer's Report: 2673.34 as of June 30th

Old Business:
Joann turned in receipts totalling $106.68 for expenses related to the Thunder Party and was remibursed
June BBQ went well
Scheduled tentative September 28th officers meeting to discuss bylaw changes at Just Fresh on Bardstown from 6 - 8pm
Confirmed that decisions of officers must be made in person, not via email. Other communiation can commence via email for planning purposes.
Check into Bank Signature Card and that paperwork has been completed by Debbie to take over the Treasurer position.
Goullon Court - "Lampton Homeowners Association" has not taken any action to meet or clean up their court or plan for future maintenance of these spaces. Jenny will contact the city to try and coordinate with new neighborhood liaison to help them sort out their Association membership details.

New Business

Joann worked with Tandy's office to get us 10 new Paristown Pointe banners for the neighborhood. They are being done by Jay from Sign Design. Tandy's office is paying for these banners and then we will select what lamp posts they will go on.
T-shirts - planning to do a big push for t-shirts at our September meeting, if we do not get enough interest we will not order any shirts.
Jenny will reserve gov't center for our future meeting dates in the fall.
Debbie is leading the August 4th meeting at the Government center

Items to put on August Agenda: Big promo for September meeting, discuss creating a meeting facilitator checklist so everyone who leads meetings is on the same page, decide fall clean up/project, create and present membership listing to have at each meeting
