As you may know, the City of Oakland is considering the rezoning of Panoramic Hill as part of a larger, city-wide rezoning effort. A public community meeting will be held in Oakland City Hall on 2/1/9/04, from 7-9 PM. Please see the Community Calendar section of this website for further information. Also, please review the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) prepared by Oakland City Staff. This information appears under the link below. This is an important issue that deserves the attention of all Oakland (as well as Berkeley) property owners on Panoramic Hill.
