Palo Blanco

I live on Veleta and someone behind or on the side of me has small Banty chickens that keep coming into my yard through broken fence boards. Are you allowed to keep chickens in this neighborhood? And let them run loose? Please do something about these getting out of your yard or I will call animal control to pick them up on Monday.
