Mr. Quill has served the people of Montgomery County as Treasurer since 1993. As Treasurer, Hugh Quill has developed a reputation for creativity in collection of tax revenue from 240,000 tax parcels in Montgomery County.
Mr. Quill oversees a $400 million investment portfolio and has safely generated over $236 million in investment income, an average of nearly $24 million a year.
