If we have 33% more cpacity and half the planned new construction is going to other providers, well you do the math. We could forestall an expansion for many years. If the city continues down the path of cooperation with other neighbors (sorry Wonderful, you don't get credit) then more of the future development can also be serviced by our neighbors yet again forestalling an expansion.

The quotes you read in the papers made by the three minority councilmen are self-serving election tactics. They are lies for the most part and I am dissapointed in much of the media that they don't corroborate the lies before they print them.
According to the above postings, O'Brien and Hackworth were the crusaders against the waste of money heading towards the unnecessary sewer plant expansion. O'Brien is running this fall. This looks pretty impressive on his resume.
