I think we need to do better. Wasn't Laidlaw stock at a rock bottom value when we renewed this pricey outsourcing. Now its up around 23 bucks per share.
Maybe there is something to following a few stocks like Laidlaw and Dominion. If they do well (and we pay for their success) we all do more poorly.
