Fairfield County Prosecutor David Landefeld has to GO!
I find it appalling Landefeld would reject the court?’s ruling on the Roshon case. Has Landefeld been bought & paid for by big money developers? Will he deny the citizens the right to vote in their own community? You betcha he will and he did! This smells funny, looks ridiculous and is downright shameful! We?’re headed down a very dark and dim path if we allow developers and attorneys to control our future and quality of life. Greed destroys everything in it?’s path, including your basic right to vote.
Landefeld: ?“It was my understanding?….?”
Let me tell you what these four words really mean: ?“I plan on using considerable legal tomfoolery and slight-of-hand to make my own decision in the case, seeing how the judges ruling was a bit ambiguous.?”
Hey Landefeld, you?’re a measly prosecutor, not a judge! Come back down to earth please.
If Landefeld and many, many other lawyers and judges in our country have their way, they would rule over us peasants however they see fit. Judicial tyranny!
Landefeld, using his unbiased ?“judgment?”, has to go based on his inability to discern the most basic right: the right to vote.
So?… LANDFELD MUST GO!!! What is he a Republican???
