Food for thought... this is what we're paying just two of our long term teachers for their extra efforts - and this is only what's made public since August... Throw in mandatory camp fees, shoe contracts, consulting fees, $60,000+ teaching salary... Not a bad life if you can get it. Just remember this when you're writing your $170 participation fee check this season.

Dave Butcher should not still be in charge of the girls basketball team, given his actions in the past. He reached an agreement regarding his behavior, but I have not seen any change in his behavior.

Mike Sewell, on the other hand, is worth every penny he gets. He is an outstanding person, teacher, and director of music. He is great with the kids, and I do not begrudge him getting whatever he is being paid. We need more teachers like him.

Not $170 for music

Music parents do not pay as much as Sports parents. They get off for 30% less than the rest of us. Guess we foot the rest of their bill !!
