2 more things to remember
Keep in mind these two other things before the schools and the levy supporters have a chance to spin it:
1. Fairfield County WILL do a property reassessment in 2005 and your property taxes WILL GO UP!
2. You can't build two new schools without being able to operate them. There WILL be an operating levy on the next election immediately after this one passes, it it ever does.
Ask if the cost per $100K is based on the current assessed value or the 2005 estimates.
One last note - remember that we haven't even begun to make the big payments on the $77 Million debacles at the Taj Mahals yet.
Those that forget the past are doomed to repeat it.
