Below is from the Southeast messenger today. What hand does Mike Sabatino have in this zoning change? How much financial involvement does Mr. Sabatino stand to gain or risk in the widening of Diley. Someone should ask.

The violet Township Zoning Commission will hold a Public
Hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 21, 2004 at the
Violet Township Administrative Offices, located at 12970 Rustic
Drive, Pickerington to consider the following applications:
Case Number 05-ZC-2004: An application for zoning change
Filed by Michael P. Pyle, Charlene F. Boggs and Chester and Joanne
Pavic for properties located at 10037 Diley Road, 10065 Diley
Road, and 10093 Diley Road, Canal Winchester. Applicants request
A change in zoning from existing R-1 single family Residential
to C-2 Limited Commercial Zoning District.
The application and related text may be reviewed in the Violet
Township Administration Offices during normal business hours.

''Twilight zoning''

Hey!! I didn't see this article in Mike's newsletter. What kind of spin is the City Administration putting on this Mike? Is this the story of Little Red Riding Hood walking down Diley Road and she encounter's the big bad wolf at Grandma Sabatino's house? Is this where Mike (the wolf) is dressed in his ''he cares'' outfit to fool the other neighbors along Diley while he drums up votes in Cherry Hill? Once he gets his three properties rezoned thne off to the other three properties. He knows mom's house will sit in the middle of the next three.

The rezoning hearing was scheduled for last night 9/21/04. Does anyone know what happened? Did Mike get his gas station? Is mom happy now?
