What in the hell are we talking about here? What did the Mythbuster say that was inaccurate about the Ricketts Farms?

Did the Ricketts sell their farms to Dominion? And did they say 2 lots per acre in their deed restrictions or did they simply ''TRUST'' Dominion?

I see from some old land maps that the Ricketts owned on both sides of Refugee. Did they sell both sides to Dominion? How many acres are we talking about here? Are the Ricketts moving south?

Why would they only sell to residential builders? Couldn't resist the big bucks. Sad ending coming here.
