Ms. Bushman must have come into considerable funds or is just spending on her new job. Seems she purchased the stock of the Blue Moon in Pickerington and a $1.2 million building on Dublin Road. Maybe she had more than one option on land when she was working for Pickerington and managed to capitalize on them.

Just about the time she bought the building in Dublin(December 2003), Refugee Park LTd was paid $1,173,750 by Portrait Homes - Pickerington Point LLC. That was the land behind the Police Station.
