Residential vs. Commercial
I guess we could ask the question a different way. What does the school get for the over $6000 permit to fix a roof ?? My understanding is that this is a Commercial Permit price. Why do we charge a non-profit public school a commercial rate - if they were a for profit organization that's one thing, but I don't think the shoe fits. It seems it is either black or white - neither are probably correct in this case.
