Can someone please post the results of the republican central committee races from yesterday. I am dying to see how the CURE candidates faired. I heard they won 72 of 115 contested races but I NEED to know WHO won!!!

I called the BOE
Heidi Riggs, David Shaver, Mitch O'Brien, Craig Burre and Rita Ricketts all won from the CURE side in Pickerington. Ted Hackworth lost by 1 vote to Brian Fox. The BOE doesn't have anyone in the office today that knows how to post the results to the internet so you'll have to call them if you want more information. These are unofficial results so let's hope that Ted can get 2 more votes somewhere! |

CURE candidates
The CURE candidates also won in the township. Stephanie Brobst, Brian Sauer, John Dolske, Gene Baumgarner, were unopposed. Then there is Gail Oakes, Steve Elsea, Gary Watts, Lindsey Reynolds all won their races. We also picked up a couple of seats in the Columbus Precincts. Katelyn Sattler, Matt Mehan and Julie Stevens. The CURE Candidates picked up 71 seats out of the 115 races run county wide. There is a couple more but I can't remimber their names. Ted Hackworth lost by one vote to Brian Fox and that could be changed in the recount. Also any outstanding abscentee ballots or Miltary ballots could change that race as well. Congradulations to all of the CURE candidates. |
