Today, we received the responsiveness summary to the Public hearing regarding the PTI for Pickerington's Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion. The OEPA issued the the final PTI to the city on January 26, 2004. The PTI is good for 18 months and the city may apply to extend the certificate for an addtional 12 months. The PTI allows the city to begin construction on the expanded plant.
