What is the status of the BIA lawsuit against the city?

Judgment asked

I understand from public records that the BIA has asked the Judge to make a summary Judgment this month. I would hope the City of Pickerington is trying to work out a settlement and not give away the store. I don't think any of us will know anything until the Judge makes a decision or the case is dismissed. The moratorium is over in August and that is half of their suit I believe. The two lots per acre is another matter.
