How to contact school board

Visit the PLSD website, and click on the link on the upper bar, left side. It will take you to a page with the e-mail address of each board member. That's one way. Other ways are to speak out at the board meetings, both in the public comment segment at the beginning of the meetings and the Q&A segment after the meetings, or write letters to the local papers.
