According to the Eagle Gazette's Real Estate Transfers, Refugee Park LTD(Daryl Berry)sold 33.79 Acres (where the condos/two story townhouses are going to be built behind the police station)to Portrait Homes for a mere $1,173,750. Also, does anyone know the background of Premium Title, Inc.? They also got $391,250 as a part of the same sale.

President's name is Davidson?

The only filing with the Secretary of State's office with the name of Premium Title, Inc. shows an initial registration by a Karen Jewett in Aug 99 followed by an amendment filing in Nov 02. Her name in the amendment is Karen Davidson. The attorney for the filing was David Ross in Dublin.

A David Ross was a 1978 graduate of PHS, used to be pretty good buddy with the running around crowd of another 78 graduate, Jeff Monebrake and another of that same year and crowd, Scott Dunlap (see orrd.org for Roshon Estates, they are both DEEP in that)...not sure if this is a valid lead or wasted time.
