Was today the start of the Judge McAuliffe trial? It has been delayed so many times it seems due soon.

The Trial

I guess today is the big day for McAuliffe. The Dispatch has a big article on the former Judge and Fairfield County Republicans. Again it mentions Brian Fox and he claims people in the party are trying to soil his reputation. Brian apparently believes that a man that beats his wife is a ''GOOD JUDGE''. Brian apparently believes that a Judge that has an affair with a court employee still makes him a ''GOOD JUDGE.'' Brian apparently believes that a Judge investigated by the Ohio Supreme Court for allowing his girl friend's husband off on a DUI makes him a ''GOOD JUDGE.'' Brian complaints that no one told him of the behavior of his beloved Judge.

If Brian was so isolated and innocent during the endorsement of McAuliffe then how can he claim to be a leader? The simple answer is that Brian is not a leader. My definition a leader must have followers. Brian's followers are stepping away from him.

Brian it is time to retire your dream of political success. Even Lee Gray is abandoning you. Brian you are all alone now and it will get even more lonely at the bottom.
