Those who have been watching the City Manager and her actions should check the December 2003 issue of the Columbus Monthly, Page 10. Seems that she cannot remember to follow existing rules in the Indianola Forest Neighborhood, which is an Historic District bodered by Pearl Alley, Frambes, Lanes and Indianola, any more than she follows rules in Pickerington.
