Now here comes Mr. John Bain of Homewood Homes Inc. Along with his attorney Richard Brahm who is still in court defending Pickerington in a law suit with the Violet Township Trustees over an annexation of 316 acres just south of Pickerington. It seems to me that the citizens of Pickerington passed an initiative last year (2002) that clearly stated that future zoning would be 2 lots per acre if a final plat has not been approved. Hello Mr. John Bain Hello Mr. Brahm didn?’t you read the initiative. You are asking for 380 homes on your 147 acres. First you told us back in 2001 that you would only place 340 homes on the property now you claim and want to place 380 homes on the property. Were you lying then or are you lying now? It seems to me that you just missed the boat to the promise land. Now let me see two lots per acre only works out to be 294 lots. Maybe you need to check your math Mr. Brahm and Mr. Bain. Now Mr. Mapes may call this an administrative function but clearly you guys missed the boat.
I head there was some people on this web site saying what a great person Brian Bosch is but clearly he doesn?’t question the issue 17 of 2002. I have withheld posted this message because the terms of Brian Fox and Craig Maxey are now over. It appears Mr. Bain only has three on council that will support his clams. Yes sir rhea I believe the cost of business just went up.
