Not my strong suit

I'm not so good with the maths either, but let get this straight. Three year contract with Piqua broke after 6 mos. Four year contract with the community...broke after 8 mos? So, that's about November. Whew just in time. I thought we might have to wait until next spring to vote on another levy, or bond.
