Has anyone noticed the poor appearance of our neighborhood? Junk cars, trash, lawns that need a mow, etc. Why are we being asked to pay dues when our neighborhood looks worse every day?

I couldn't agree more.  I have made complaints to our management and I can only hope that we see results SOON!

Here's what important to remember about HOAs. People who disregard the rules have all the rights. Responsible residents have no recourse but to sit back and watch the investment in their home, as well as their community, fall under the weight of the irresponsible folks, especially renters, who could care less.  The only positive is for the property management companies that make a handsome profit off your dues, and then l give bad information to your HOA board regarding how to enforce the convenants.  Good luck folks!

 

 

You can always send an anonymous friendly letter to the neighbors who need some improvment.  Or - contact Pro Comm and complain.  The more people who do this, the more likely something will be done.
