Hello all again;
I did recently purchase a piece of property on Isenberg Lane.
Mr. Stewart did call and ask if I would sell him the property, I replied for the fair market value of $45,000. Mr Stewart works in the Real Estate business, one could assume he knows how to write a RE Purchase Contract.
He did not submit an offer in writing nor did he attempt to offer a verbal contract.
An iquiry is not an offer, Mr. Stewart is deliberatly attempting to mislead the HOA Membership.
The value of a property is not what you pay for it but, for how much it can be sold. I understand Mr. Stewart thinks a profit of $40K looks better in his account than in mine. But then who will send my kid to college?
The property is now not for sale today.
