After action by the Palma Vista HOA, it appears they are replacing the palm trees along Westpointe Blvd.

It's a start but does this really live up to the standards?

The Palm Trees

I certainly don't like the rose garden, but adding the palm trees did help it from looking so barren. I'm afraid we are stuck with it though as it is under the control of the Master Association. We have bigger problems to worry about, in the oak trees are dying and will need to be replaced. Again, it is under the control of the
Master Association, so we as a neighborhood have little or no control.

What do you think we should do about the oak trees?
