Orchard Valley at Cherry Creek Park

Attempted to pay dues, my check was returned to me.

Although I was not notified the dues were not received nor was I invoiced for 23 months; board now seeks to collect 109%, more or increase my expenses my referring the account to collection attorneys.

Is anyone else having this issue?

YES!!!! This same thing has happened to me and I have contacted the law firm this was sent to (yes at a $200 fee) and they will not get back to me.  When I brought this up to the board I was told "we have nothing to do with HOA fees"!

I have lived her for decades and cannot believe how we homeowners are being treated this year!
