Sorry, I didn't see a previous posting where someone posted the list of things top consider. I suggest the board not make any changes at all until the By-laws and declaration have been reviewed in detail. There are some discrepancies that have to be looked at and resolved. All laws of the state and local government take presidence over any by-law, declaration, or certificate of inc.
