Orchard Hill

On Monday I will be placing a notice in every home owners mailbox with the important information that every home owner should have for questions, issue they need answered, contact people that every home owner should have had, etc.  (The following information will be on this sheet:  Board memebers contact information, meeting date, location, etc. and this web-site address)  Yes all this information is public record but some people don't have the time to take off of work to go to the City and get all this information.  Thanks and hope to see everyone at the meeting.

Also if anyone one is wondering No I don't want to be on the board, because i do understand it is a hard and timely job.  I ALWAYS WANTED A OUTSIDE PARTY TO HANDLE ALOT OF THE STUFF THAT NORMAL HOMEOWNERS DON'T HAVE A CLUE ABOUT.   LIKE KEEPING THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY.

I know what you mean - "whaT'S UP "  ....   I SERVED as president of my condo association when I lived in stamford ct...It is a thankless P.I.T.A job...I managed to negotiate with all those who provided services for our development and get our common charges down from $275 per month to only 123 per month....and what did I get in return???  COMPLAINTS and more CoMPLAINTS....

That 's  why I didnt even throw my name in the hat for this board -even though after reviewing the qualifications of those who were in the running -I realized- that I had more experience than all of them put together... 

For all those who are on the board now- if they joined for the wrong reasons (they like a tiltle and to be in control)...they will soon get tired and give up...- you have to have a real love of people and a genuine interest in the community inorder to stay on in that  position...because once the  thrill wears off...it becomes a real arduous task -keeping everyone in the community happy...I wish them all well in that endeavor....
