---- (Newsletter Delivery Chairman) ----

Hello again everyone. I just wanted to take a minute to say a few thank you's. First of all I am very happy to say that we got 100% of the newsletters delivered for our last issue. With 1,700 homes in our area, that is a very large task and in 2 weeks we got every one of them delivered. I would like to extend a BIG thank you to all of our volunteers who helped deliver. You all did a fantastic job. We could however still use more volunteers to lighten some of the loads on our other volunteers. Please contact me if you would like to help out. I would also like to extend big thank you to everyone who helped out with the Party in The Park. We had a very successful party this year and we couldn't have done it with out all of your help. I hope everyone enjoyed the party this year, plans and ideas for next year are already underway so that next year can be even better. If anyone has any ideas for next years party please come to a meeting or contact one of your board members. REMINDER: Elections are coming up. They will be held at our next board meeting in October, so please come to the meeting if you are interested in being a part of our team or just to cast your vote. Well that's all from me for now. Thanks again to everyone for their support that makes this neighborhood association possible.
Best Wishes to Everyone

March Jeannie Hinkle

Hello again everyone. I hope all is well for all of you. We still need help with our newsletter deliveries.
I would like to thank all of our Volunteers during our last deliveries; Melyssa Warren-King, Brad Hinkle, Kay Hettenbach, Robert Hettenbach, Loretta Buckner and Clayton Crenshaw.
We were successful in delivering a large portion of the newsletters this last time, but we want to have all of them delivered this time. We cannot do that without help. If you have some free time on Saturday mornings we would love to have you assist us. Please call me at 260-6275 or any of our executive board members to let us know if you are available. Also if you are not receiving your newsletter please let us know so we can make an extra effort to get to your area.
We also want to get your opinion on ways to improve our park and our neighborhood. There is a short survey within this newsletter that we would really appreciate your response to. We will be proposing your responses and ideas to the city in the upcoming months so please let us know what you think. We need all the input and ideas we can get on how to improve our neighborhood.
Thank You and Best Wishes,
Jeannie Hinkle
