Sometime ago in a letter received from the board of directors the issue of repainting was brought up. The person authoring the letter indicated that the paint store of choice was Dunn and their pallet was compatable to what Continental the builder completing the development used.
As any original resident clearly knows the paint used was Frazee. The builder Continental gave everyone a homeowners touch up kit, business card from the store and palete of the colors used in their new home. The exteriors were Navajo White and many of the interiors were then called Continental Pearl.
Frazee Paint is still in the same location on Hayden after 11 years. Some time ago it was also carried by Home Depot but since discontinued and sold at the main Frazee store in the design center near Costco.
We have always been sucessful matching or touching up our home and exterior walls as the need arose using the FRAZEE readily available products.
Please inform the mis-informed on the board of this issue.
