Old Spring Branch Civic Association

i was glad to see so many people participate in NNO this year. i saw many familiar faces and some new ones, too. i would like to commend the civic club president for taking the time and effort to meet and greet all those who attended the event; it bodes well for the future of this association when it has leadership like that!
