Old Spring Branch Civic Association

This afternoon (12-8-03) around 2PM a young (17-19 yrs) thin hispanic male about 5'5 tall, 125 lbs, very short buzzed hair wearing a long sleeved red sports jersey with the number 19 on the back- was in my garage going through our belongings while I was home. I yelled at him through a window and he began to threaten me verbally--very scary! According to the police, he may have entered two other garages on our street as well (Thonig Road ). The police believe that he lives in our area so if you have any information about this person, please contact the Houston Police or you can email me.
